| This is a family run B&B hotel situated in the heart of central London just over a minutes walk from Kings Cross station which has both tube and rail networks connections. A great location for all the tourist spots of central London. They have a wide variety of rooms to suit all budgets. We particularly recommend the non smoking ensuite rooms. They also offer basic rooms with shared bathroom facilities which we would consider suitable for the younger traveler that just needs a bed for a few nights with a good breakfast in the morning. This hotel offers a warm welcome to all travelers regardless of which rooms you may choose. | ||||||||||

| The room was clean and very nicely arranged. It looked very appealing with the modern furniture. Also at the day we left it was no problem at all to leave our luggage there to pick it up before our flight back home. I really liked our room and would stay at the hotel again next time. Once again thank you for your help with the reservation. The smooth handling was also very much appreciated. Have a nice day! Kind regards, | ||||||||||

| I
returned from my vacation a couple of days ago and just wanted to drop
you a line. I was happy with the place. The room was clean and comfortable,
the breakfast good and the location very convenient for exploring the
city. Thanks for making the reservations for me. I had a good time in
London. Maybe I'll go back some day. |

| I stayed at the Hotel for 5 days in November together with a friend. We stayed in the cheapest possible category, basic (un-renovated) room w/breakfast, not wanting to waist our whole holiday budget on a room that we only were going to sleep in. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay. The hotel and room was somewhat nicer than we expected for GBP 36,-/night. The people running the hotel were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and tidy. We learned that the Kings Cross area did not have the best reputation but we had, however, no problems at all and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel. Situated at about three minutes walk from Kings Cross, the closest Underground station was very convenient for us as a base for exploring London! | ||||||||||
